Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel a service free of charge up to 2 hours before the vendor is assigned for the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of ₹99.
  • Screwdriver reserves the right to cancel any service due to safety concerns, natural disasters, force majeure, or unavailability of resources. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was made in advance.

2. Refund Policy

  • If you're not satisfied with the service, you may request a revisit within 7 days for issue inspection and repair. If unresolved, a refund may be issued after verification.
  • After a review and investigation, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Partial or full refunds may be granted based on the nature of the complaint, subject to internal verification.

3. Rework Policy

  • We offer free rework if the issue is related to service quality or workmanship and is reported within 3 days of service completion.
  • Rework is subject to technician availability and will be scheduled at the earliest possible time

4. No Refund Will Be Provided

  • If the complaint is raised after 7 days of service completion.
  • If the issue is unrelated to the original service provided.
  • For services cancelled after completion or during ongoing work without a valid reason.
